parties

the «seller» is julie molland goingbyjules@gmail.com, hereinafter «seller».

the «buyer» is whoever buys products from goingbyjules.com, hereinafter «buyer». the sellers country of origin is norway, and all sales will follow and be resolved under norwegian jurisdiction. the seller is private so the rules of kjøpsloven (norwegian sale of goods act) apply. consumer rights does therefore not apply.

prices

all prices are stated in full price including shipping.

​

delivery

physical product (the poet club) will be delivered by untracked postage stamps.

 

the shipping is international with the exception of yemen, syria and south sudan due to norwegian postage rules.

 

the approximated of postage timeframe according to the norwegian post is:

• • nordics 4-7 weekdays

  • europe 4-9 weekdays

  • USA 4-8 weekdays

  • china 5-12 weekdays

  • rest of the world 5-10 weekdays

 

please note that this is an approximated timeframe and changes may occur, such as longer postage times (e.g christmas or other instances).

 

the seller cannot be held responsible for things outside its control such as, but not limited to, force majeure.

withdrawl/return

the products are sold by a private individual so there is no right of withdrawal under the norwegian consumer sales act.​ there is no right to return.

​

faulty product

the buyer has a right to get the product in agreed condition and can claim it faulty within reasonable time, cf kjøpsloven § 17 and chapter V.

 

the costumer can claim all righs in kjøpsloven chapter V, but the most normal consequence is to get sent a new product.

subscription

the mail club is an ungoing subscription where the buyer agrees upon purchase to be billed every month untill cancellation - which can be done at any time. 

 

if the buyer wishes to cancel and not receive this month’s letter, they have to do so before the 20th of each month.

 

if still signed up the 20th, the buyer will buyer will receive its month letter. they can cancel after this and no longer receive letters onwards.

disagreement

the parties are obligated to try resolve conflicts and find suitable solutions. if such is not possible, the buyer can contact The Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation. see https://www.forbrukertilsynet.no/english/complaints-and-conflicts

 

*the seller retains the right to update these terms without notice. upon purchase the buyer agrees to them and keep themselves updated on these terms.
